Senior IT Service Owner (AWS Applications)

You will lead the homegrown HR benefit and compensation platform COIN, as the Service Owner from IT. Together with your team and the product owner's from the business, you will be responsible for the global platform, performing Merit process, talent management, people administration, ??¦ As Service owner, you will lead a small team of internal developers and coordinate the external vendors for the application management services and the new developments of the tool.

• Coordinating external providers, managing the workload and sprints
• Contract management with external providers, Service budget management
• Lead a wide range of AWS services including but not limited to ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, MSK, IAM, and VPC.
• Drive the AWS solutions Architecture - Associate or Professional certification is highly desirable.
• Coordinate and develop infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• In-depth understanding of networking concepts and standard processes in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide developers.
• Experience in coordinating audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex cloud projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest AWS technologies and trends.

• Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available AWS cloud architectures (Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud architecture and AWS cloud services)
• Profound professional experience in planning and executing IT implementation projects with focus on AWS solutions
• Multi-year experience in implementing, operating and managing mid- to large IT-services
• Good knowledge of cloud based architectures and homegrown applications
• Experience in agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills in English

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experienced technical coordinator
