You actively drive the implementing of a close cooperation between all involved stakeholders in the field of transfer pricing, value flow and business model coordination. The results of your work are of utmost importance to assess our businesses performance and take adequate business decisions. Therefore, you will feel you are making an impact every single day. How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop and maintain Value Flows for Projects and Products within the business area and with other business areas in close cooperation with Transformation of Industry Management (including management of the Transformation of Industry Businesses), Corporate Taxes, considering operational and tax requirements. Document those processes in Transformation of Industry Value Flow Handbook.
• Support the Transformation of Industry value flows: define and document internal guidelines with respect to the project and product related value flows.
• Close cooperation with other Business Areas and Corporate Departments to develop / update Cross Area agreements with respect to the project and product related value flows.
• Support Operative Units in questions regarding Sales Calculation Topics, e.g. on-/offshore calculation rules, considering tax requirements and internal agreements.
• Supports Corporate Tax departments and the Business Area CFO with the implementation and compliance of the Siemens Energy Transfer Pricing policy.
• Tax (transfer pricing) consulting for international projects.
• Ensures availability of support, coordinates know-how exchange, prepares change request for modifications in the respective guideline, detects need for / organizes trainings and advertise internally.
• Close collaboration between all involved stakeholders of that task, on the one hand side with Corporate Tax departments (governance owner) and on the other hand side with Sales and Project Management departments of the Independently Managed Businesses within Transformation of Industry
• Secure transfer pricing documentation as per given rules and drive digitalization opportunities in order to streamline this process.
• Drive alignment with Corporate Tax Departments to clarify country or process specific questions.
• Prepare documentation and support clarifications for tax audits in close cooperation with Corporate Tax Department
• project specific consulting during the Sales and Execution phase, e.g. guidance for implementation of tax concept / delegation concepts, training for CPM's, quality gate for claims / scope shifts, coordination of project-specific Power of Attorney (PoA�s).

What You Bring

• University degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Finance / Accounting or similar, combined with professional working experience.
• Deep experience in the field of transfer pricing and tax consulting for international projects
• English fluent spoken and written.
• Communication skills for management presentations
• Team building capabilities for heterogenous teams.
• Personal strength in reaching business results, collaborating & influencing, intercultural sensitivity, team development and value orientation.
• Experience in customer relationship and change management.
