    ROLE SUMMARY

    This role plays an instrumental part in the transformation of BAT organization by delivering complex talent attraction strategies that aim to hire the right talent with a focus on quality and actionable talent insights as well as playing a key part in building new capabilities within the organization.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Drive competitive talent intelligence research and analysis across a wide range of industries and geographies.
    • Provide research and create talent dashboards to enable data-driven talent strategies and recommendations that influence recruiting, business decisions and make real impact.
    • Create and utilize market mapping and other analytical approaches to understand overall talent trends based on role/region to influence sourcing strategy.
    • Use data to influence all levels and decisions, engaging leading-edge methods to attract diverse talent.
    • Continuously look at process improvement and ensure efficiency as well as tools to enhance the hiring experience and talent mapping for multiple external and internal partners.
    • Aid the transition to a new Talent Acquisition delivery model by supporting the Global Project Lead in implementation, performance, communication as well as success in adoption tracking.
    • Review and analyse performance on regular basis working with global and regional Talent Acquisition Leads to heatmap / identify issues and undertake root cause analysis to identify interventions.

    EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

    ESSENTIAL

    • Strong research and candidate generation & qualification skills across a wide breadth of role types and locations.
    • Demonstrated experience and capabilities utilizing analytical sourcing tools such as and LinkedIn Insights to drive sourcing strategies and influence stakeholders.
    • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
    • Able to successfully interact with all levels within the organization.
    • Strong analytical and cognitive skills with ability to translate into actionable business decisions and execution plans.
    • Strong interpersonal, relationship building, influencing and conflict resolution skills.
    • Strong detail orientation with proven accuracy.

    BENEFICIAL
