    ROLE SUMMARY

    This role plays an instrumental part in the transformation of BAT organization by delivering complex talent attraction strategies that aim to hire the right talent with a focus on quality, actionable talent insights as well as playing a key part in building new capabilities within the organization.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Engage and partner with leadership team to understand current and future executive level talent needs and ensure proactive hiring approach.
    • Develop in-depth understanding of organisation goals, business structure and areas of responsibility.
    • Become trusted advisor by providing stakeholders with pipeline updates on active pursues and sourcing progress supplemented with industry or market insights to support decision making.
    • Design and implement comprehensive executive-level recruitment strategies aligned with business ambitions and outlook.
    • Measure effectiveness of strategies and impact to business.
    • Conduct in-depth screening and assessment of candidate behavioural, cultural and competency alignment.
    • Grow and build on internal network of senior stakeholders (e.g. Canter of Excellence, Leadership).

    EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

    ESSENTIAL

    • Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably as an Executive Recruiter, with a proven track record of successfully driving end-to-end executive level recruitment across multiple countries/regions in a complex and dynamic environment.
    • Ability to understand business priorities, strategy and translate them into recruitment plans.
    • Effective consulting and client management skills; ability interact with senior management, collaborate, and build strong relationships with hiring managers, Human Resources partners and external third parties for synchronized, high-quality outcomes.
    • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
    • Up-to-date intelligence of candidate market, talent trends and top sourcing channels.
