Operations Skills Development Executive

Main responsibilities

• Implement Operations Training & Development plans to ensure BAT best practices are consistently applied & integrated into local organization;
• Coordinates development programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs;
• Develop pro-active solutions on Learning & Development related issues;
• Advice and assist top and line management on matters related to Operations Skills Development, procedures and programmes.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering/ tehnical field
• Min 1 year of experience
• Language skills: proficiency in English;
• Good Organizing Skills;
• Flexible, able to cope well with an increasing changing environment;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Process (re)design and development experience;
