    SUB FUNCTION: Commercial Finance - Marketing

    ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

    The objective of this role is to enable business decisions around potential investment opportunities, based on reliable information and key projects, leading to actionable recommendations. Ensure robust investment processes are well integrated across the area, seeking simplicity and effectiveness in the decision-making process.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of reporting and analysis in order to provide value adding, commercially focused insights to the Marketing functions.
    • Commercial, financial, and legal due diligence, preparation of investment reports.
    • Analyses variances and perform financial modelling to accurately reflect the impact of proposed strategies on the operating results of the business in order to support informed business decisions.
    • Own and lead Investment planning process, including reporting cycles, actuals and forecast, performance monitoring delivering appropriate reports and ensuring database integrity and accuracy.
    • Prepare and deliver financial information for Budget Review, Forecasts and Actual results in line with timelines, company procedures and controls.
    • Lead the alignment and information support for the local and global stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain a strong partnership with internal stakeholders, provide technical support to other departments, collaborate with internal and external auditors as per need.
    • Ensure market adherence to SOx, Internal Controls, Internal Governance Frameworks, Reporting and system related submissions.
    • Act as the key point of contact for the local teams and for the Global Business Service provider;
    • Provide relevant insights that will help prepare the company for next level of growth.

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

    • Degree in Finance or Accounting;
    • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position, preferably on a similar commercial position.
    • Proactive, open to challenge existing ways of working and generate/implement new ideas.
    • Understanding and applying relevant financial skills and knowledge in commercial space.
    • Analytical skills.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office pack- especially Excel and Power Point
    • Knowledge of SAP and BPC, Power BI is a plus.
