Time management and prioritization are your strong suits, helping you juggle multiple tasks with ease. You’re comfortable communicating in English at a B2 level or higher, ensuring you can connect with candidates and colleagues alike. A degree in a relevant field is also essential.

Here are the responsibilities you'll be diving into:
• Conducting phone screenings to shortlist potential candidates;
• Planning and organizing interviews;
• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process;
• Providing support in organizing fun and engaging internal events for employees;
• Getting involved in employer branding projects that help attract top talent.
