    Requirements

    The contract will initially be signed for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension to an indefinite period

    Salary: 4500-5000 RON net

    • First-level university degree.
    • Mastery in English
    • Typically, 1-3 years of related experience (e.g., pricing, audit)
    • Advanced communication skills
    • Pro-activeness, receptivity
    • Excellent teamwork skills
    • Good organizational skills, structured approach

    Responsibilities

    • Collaboration with internal and external clients regarding sales data analysis, pricing, and sales trends
    • Preparation and review of materials to communicate problem-solving solutions for external clients
    • Holds and reviews reports detailing performance indicators, sales trends, and other sales data analyses; highlights implications, draws conclusions, and offers recommendations
    • Manages post-sales order management (e.g., specialized product constructions, performance reports, data analyses); handles a limited number of the most complex customer accounts
    • Manages relationships with other departments (e.g., internal sales, audit, operational support, delivery) to resolve highly complex issues
    • Ensures the resolution of outstanding open order reports by coordinating team members and contacting the supply chain or factory to determine the source of delays; communicates status and ensures that any escalated issues are resolved
    • Verifies the accuracy of the data and customer requests, checks prices and discounts (if applicable), and collaborates with the Order Management department for any issues related to pricing, billing, refunds, etc.
