Commercial Data Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
• Proven experience in master data management, preferably in a commercial or business operations context
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality, and data integration
• Familiarity with relevant data management tools and technologies
• Excellent communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in English
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail

• Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures to maintain the integrity and quality of commercial master data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce data management best practices


Master Data Management:

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of commercial master data, including customer, product, pricing, and other relevant data elements
• Implement and maintain data quality measures to identify and rectify inconsistencies or inaccuracies in commercial data


Data Integration:

• Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of commercial master data across systems
• Design and implement data integration processes to streamline data flow and improve efficiency


Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with commercial teams, finance, sales, marketing, and other relevant departments to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business needs
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on data-related issues and queries


Process Optimization:

• Continuously evaluate and improve master data management processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
• Implement automation and technology solutions to streamline data management workflows


Compliance and Security:

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards
• Implement security measures to safeguard commercial master data against unauthorized access or breaches
