    Role description

    As a Junior Data Reporting analyst, you will collaborate with the local support teams (HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition etc.) and with the functional teams to understand business requirements on metrics definition and visualization. You will be responsible for developing, deploying and maintaining dashboards based on these requirements. Besides developing dashboards in the reporting tooling, you will know how to create data models to ensure the high performance of the dashboards.

    Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

    • You will work together with support and functional teams to understand metrics definition, implement them in reporting toolings, i.e., Tableau and/or Microstrategy
    • You will work closely with UX designers to create front-end layout and KPI's visualization
    • You will collect feedback and always search for opportunities to improve the existing standardized dashboards
    • You will identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve the performance of the dashboards, such as by creating data models, together with data engineers
    • You will build and test code of data transformation pipelines in SQL and/or python, model data (DBT) and work in cloud database (SnowFlake) until business mart layer based on the business requirements
    • You will be responsible for the operational maintenance of the data pipelines and dashboards to ensure the reports are updated and distributed according to SLA and SLO
    • Leverages available big data platforms to run root cause analysis, data reconciliations and shares the insights with the business team
    • Help manage best practices for our Data Warehouse

    Role Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor degree preferably in data engineering, data analyst or other engineering areas
    • 1-3 Years of relevant Job Knowledge
    • Extensive and sold hands-on experience in one or multiple reporting toolings, e.g., PowerBI, Tableau and MicroStrategy
    • Cloud database (preferably snowflake)
    • Excellent skills in SQL
    • Working knowledge on test automation and CI/CD toolings, such as git, github or gitlab
    • Preferably some knowledge of dbt (not mandatory)
    • Problem-solving mindset
    • Experience with troubleshooting technique and fixing the code bugs both independently and collaboratively
