    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns;
    • Experience in working with: Meta ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit ads, Google Analytics;
    • Good knowledge of: WordPress or other website platforms;
    • Basic knowledge of SEO;
    • Familiarity with web design and publishing;
    • Ability to incorporate multiple campaigns under a clear strategy that is aligned with the company's goals;
    • In depth understanding of the process of a campaign - aligns budget, creative part, data, targeting, tracking and reporting;
    • Loves to stay up to date with the latest digital marketing novelties;
    • Works well with external agencies;
    • Project & stakeholder management experience;
    • Affinity for numbers and technical calculations, attention to detail;
    • Excellent digital problem solving and analytical analysis and reporting abilities;
    • Excellent communication skills & team player;
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced & changing environment;
    • Ability to work under pressure, manage complex issues & work independently.

    Job Description

    We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing professional to execute, measure and optimize our digital marketing campaigns on a limited-term period of 2 years. .You will have the chance to develop and implement talent marketing programs to accelerate the growth of our external talent brand recognition at a national level.

    In this role, you will:

    • Be working with our Employer Branding Communications experts to ensure content development and distribution across our digital presence is in line with the channel strategies, employer branding guidelines and editorial planning to drive engagement and support Bosch Romania consolidate the employer branding strategy;
    • Be in charge of the digital marketing campaigns, content marketing and optimization run by the company on various platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Google, Reddit, LinkedIn etc;
    • You will align the content to the national strategy, collaborate with the team in order to create the copy and visuals and then you will oversee the targeting, tracking, optimization and reporting of the campaigns;
    • You will manage the content of all sites within Bosch Romania (events site, career platform on national site and career platform website) support in the build-out and ideation of UI/UX of new websites;
    • You will collaboration with other national level departments and international teams is needed in order to ensure all Bosch standards are applied to all the websites and landing pages;
    • You will offer support with updates on the website pages while you keep an eye on Google Analytics platforms to better understand the impact of our work; 
    • You will build custom reports on content and campaign performance, optimize reporting and dashboards, run ad-hoc, research across channels and tools, instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
