ROLE PROFILE

JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Junior Analyst

FUNCTION: Requisition to Pay

SUB FUNCTION: Accounts Payable

CITY & COUNTRY: Bucharest, Romania

CONTRACT: Fixed-term, for 1 year

ROLE SUMMARY

This role is responsible for providing accurate data in daily posting of the invoices and overall business support for End Markets.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Processing invoices, credit notes into the appropriate systems and within the agreed time;
• Address ad-hoc requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner;
• Perform additional daily /weekly / monthly tasks as per agreed timelines;
• Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build positive relationships, resolve complex issues and achieve win-win outcomes;
• Recommend operational improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

ESSENTIAL

Experience Required

• Good command of English spoken and written
• Ability to handle high volumes of data entries with high accuracy

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Able to help, guide or explain things to others
• Financial or accounting studies would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

• Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance

BENEFICIAL

• Experience of working with invoices is preferred;
• Finance and accounting experience are preferred.
