    ROLE PROFILE

    ROLE SUMMARY

    ROLE PURPOSE:

    The GBS HR Employee Listening Data SME is part of the GBS HR Operations team and acts as an extension of the Global Organizational Effectiveness team, reporting into the GBS HR Employee Listening Data Manager.

    The role specializes in data management activities, as well as project management for various key Global OE CoE Employee Listening recurrent activities, such as (but not limited to): Your Voice census, pulse checks and, ad-hoc HR related surveys. This is a hands-on role, and requires the ability to perform detailed, analytical, and technical tasks simultaneously, while always maintaining strict confidentiality of employee and business information.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Role Outputs, Management Control and Governance Responsibilities
    • Support the GBS HR Employee Listening Data Manager build and implement detailed project plans for all projects included in the annual Employee Listening cycle. Ensure timely execution of all tasks assigned, monitoring, and completion of project breakthroughs, while proactively seeking and mitigating risks as related to data management.
    • Drive the design of the data collection templates, their distribution and retrieval, verify data completeness, and handle the consolidation and integration of collected data
    • Collaborate with the GBS HR Employee Listening Data Manager to establish quality assurance protocols for data collection, consolidation, and reporting processes. Lead the delivery and execution of the quality assurance protocols by regularly reviewing data accuracy and integrity, ensuring alignment to established standards and efficient practices.
    • Ensure the readiness of all technical solutions and perform comprehensive data checks to validate their preparation and full operational functionality before launching upcoming initiatives
    • Provide the agreed level of hands-on support for any local surveys performed with global employee listening tools and services
    • Support the GBS HR Employee Listening Data Manager to prepare comprehensive and training documentation and live training sessions on employee listening initiatives, encompassing data management protocols and platform functionalities. Ensure partners are proficiently equipped to provide crucial information and leverage survey tools in alignment with project specifications.
    • Handle system user roles allocation and access.
    • Provide mentorship and assistance to users navigating the results reporting platform, offering expertise to help users achieve desired outcomes and effectively use the reporting tools
    • Support ongoing interactions with all suppliers, respecting project timelines, data requirements, and technical problem resolutions in alignment with established SLAs.
    • Assist in the rollout of new tools and systems, or surveys including requirements testing and training tasks.
    • Ensure confidentiality of data by following established security/confidentiality standards.
    • Demonstrates proficiency in effectively communicating complex data-related information to diverse collaborators. Collaborates closely with the GBS HR Employee Listening Data Manager to manage partners' expectations, ensuring clarity and understanding while encouraging collaborative relationships across the organization.
    • Regularly review and assess data management and project management processes to identify areas for enhancement. Collaborate with the GBS HR Employee Listening Data Manager to implement improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency in driving Employee Listening initiatives.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 4+ years of experience in reporting/data analysis/project management.
    • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization, with previous experience working with international teams and projects.
    • Strong analytics and data manipulation skills, with an understanding of GDPR.

    EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

    ESSENTIAL

    Technical abilities/ functional/ leadership

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel. Alteryx is considered an advantage
    • Experience using HRIS systems (SuccessFactors is a plus)
    • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactively identifying and addressing challenges in data management and project execution
    • Demonstrate adaptability in responding to evolving project requirements, organizational priorities, and industry standard methodologies in data management
    • Maintain a focus on achieving project goals, driving for results, and ensuring the successful delivery of data management initiatives.
    • High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail

    Education / Qualification / Certifications

    • Bachelor's/Professional degree (or equivalent qualification)
    • Proficiency in English
