    Siemens Energy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Lead to spearhead our training initiatives across Products, Processes, and Digital Experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that improve the knowledge and skills of our employees, customers, and partners. This role is essential in driving the adoption of our products, optimizing processes, and promoting digital transformation within the organization.

    How you'll make an impact:
    • Develop and deliver detailed product training programs covering specifications, functionalities, and use cases.
    • Facilitate hands-on training sessions, simulations, and real-world scenarios.
    • Provide troubleshooting and maintenance training. Share customer use cases and best practices.
    • Update training materials to reflect new features and upgrades.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Project Management Communities to source and develop customer testimonials to include in future trainings or product campaigns
    • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Map out detailed process workflows and roles.
    • Train employees on tools and systems used in process management.
    • Ensure all processes enforce to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Train employees on digital tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, project management tools), also train customers on external digital touchpoints and platforms to increase engagement from our customer base.
    • Provide data analytics training, including data collection, analysis, and visualization.
    • Educate employees & customers on standard processes.
    • Promote effective digital collaboration tools and techniques.
    • Support digital transformation initiatives and their impact on workflows.
    • Collaborate with internal customers to understand training needs and align training programs with organizational goals.
    • Engage with external stakeholders, such as customers, partners, and vendors, to deliver tailored training solutions that meet their specific requirements.
    • Communicate training schedules, updates, and resources optimally to all partners.
    What You Bring:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education, Training, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training role, preferably within the energy sector.
    • Experience in developing and delivering training programs for products, processes, and digital tools.
    • Strong understanding of digital transformation and its impact on business processes.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
    • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
    • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is a plus.
    • Ability to conduct detailed training needs assessments.
    • Expertise in curriculum development and instructional design.
    • Strong analytical skills to measure training effectiveness.
    • Ability to engage and motivate learners through various training methods.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
    • Adaptability to stay updated with the latest trends in training and development.
