Fluency in one of French
Minimum B2 level of English
Previous experience in content moderation would be an advantage
High school diploma

Understanding and staying up-to-date with content policies and guidelines provided by the client.
Analyzing online videos, social media, web pages, and advertising content for compliance.
Daily examination of content which may be in text, image, audio, video, or other formats.
Identifying content that does not meet requirements and reporting it for action.
Providing feedback to improve policies/tools/processes.
Acquiring a strong understanding of adjacent and cross-functional policies, not just limited to assigned policy.
Training other team members on daily tasks when urgently requested by the manager.
Completing tasks requested by the manager to ensure achievement of KPIs and all performance metrics.
Maintaining a positive working environment in all internal/external interactions.
Availability to learn and work within a dynamic project.
