    Requirements

    • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking: This is the ability to come up with new and innovative ideas
    • Advanced MS Excel skills (including Power Query): This is the ability to use MS Excel to perform complex data analysis tasks.
    • Intermediate Power BI skills (DAX knowledge required) if FROO plans to use it: This is the ability to use Power BI to create and share data visualizations
    • Intermediate SQL skills: This is the ability to write and execute SQL queries to retrieve data from databases.
    • Other tools that you plan to use in FROO: This includes any other tools that you will need to use to perform your job.
    • Results-oriented: This is the ability to focus on achieving goals and to take action to achieve them.
    • Analytical thinking skills: This is the ability to gather and analyze information to identify problems and solutions.
    • Data interpretation and presentation skills: This is the ability to understand and interpret data, and to present it in a clear and concise way

    Responsibilities

    • Creating and updating reports that track agent revenue, expenses, and profitability
    • Monitoring the impact of KPIs on agent profitability. For example, if the company changes its commission structure, you will need to track how this change affects agent earnings
    • Updating the compensation model: this could involve changing commission rates, bonus structures, or other aspects of the compensation model
    • Modifying compensation model KPIs as needed based on business needs and micro/macroeconomic conditions: This involves making changes to the KPIs that are used to measure agent profitability
    • Presenting agent profitability data to management: This involves creating and presenting reports that summarize agent profitability data
    • Monitoring market trends/ business models/ and general industry trends
