Cerinte

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
Excellent negotiating skills, commercial awareness;
Ability to think on your feet and solve issues;
Good verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English;
Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and any industry related software;
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.

Responsabilitati

Deliver support to sales teams and process sales transaction;
Support sales teams to prepare quotations and contracts, including rate proposals and proposal writing;
Draft and execute commercial documentation such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements;
Coordinate between sales and customers, answer queries on both stock and shipment of orders;
Undertake adequate follow up on orders and resolve escalated issues;
Consolidate and review reports and statistics for supporting sales teams;
Support pre- and after-sales activities.
