    Together with us, you have the chance to grow everyday, contributing to energy transition, being responsible to:

    • Ensure that photovoltaic power plants meet the established service and operational level agreements as stipulated in contracts.
    • Perform preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance on contracts at hand.
    • Request written Permit-To-Work from clients and jointly (if the case) from grid operator, for each intervention related to preventive-corrective or condition-based maintenance, for proper granted access to customer premises.
    • Manage day to day client interactions and expectations, directly or in a supervisory role, related to after sales duties upon plant reception and branching permit emitted.
    • Perform site testing - root cause analysis to identify issues affecting performance of the plant at hand.
    • Perform condition monitoring work with the use of sensors in order to make sure that equipment is reporting valid data.
    • Conduct risk assessment of work carried out at site before engaging subcontractors or before a scheduled maintenance event.
    • Coordinate work of subcontractors and gives acceptance upon resolution of incidents accompanied by documented proofs.
    • Guide subcontractors on work safety practices and acts as a guardian once there is a breach in workplace safety requirements, documenting it every time in PPC platform iAuditor.
    • Minimize exposure and risk by implementing and audits safety standards and quality assurance controls.
    • Follow all established safety rules and guidelines as outlined in the Employee Handbook and as trained during the various safety-related training programs
    • Report to line manager about progress and any necessary modifications of plans that are indicated in order to achieve contractual KPIs.
    • Perform scheduled checks on Power Quality Monitoring System and the communication network regarding the fleet in its supervision.
    • Track, analyze and improve key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance.
    • Review event summary reports weekly and monthly, therefore updates (documented) databases on disturbance event information and state of health of systems.
    • Follow Cyber Security and Access Control frameworks and guidelines in order to maintain security at customer network access points level.


    What you'll need to succeed:


    • Strong knowledge of power engineering and energy efficiency fields with proven field experience of MW based solar PV plants - ground and roof monted installations;
    • Excellent knowledge of solar PV Panels, Inverters (SMA-HUAWEI-FIMER), Specific Switchgear LV/MV, Scada system
    • Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations within the power and energy efficiency sectors;
    • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly and yearly equipments healthiness checklist;
    • Preventive maintenance planning; Shutdown planning; Daily reading logbook etc.
    • Responsible for smooth functioning of all operations of PV SolarPower Plant and Implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in performance of the plant in line with contractual agreements
    • Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint,Word);
    • Must be able to perform at all project management levels
    • Quality verification of electrical works which performed by contractor and Responsible for ensuring Safe Working Environment
    • Working knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, (PVSyst is a plus);
    • Advanced English skills;
    • Driver's licence;
    • ANRE authorization II A+B mandatory, III A+B will be an asset
