Fluency in German, both written and verbal, is essential.

University Studies
Minimum of 6 months of professional work experience.
Prior experience in data entry or back office operations, particularly within a customer service context, is a plus.
Background in economics, financial, insurance or banking is a plus.
Responsabilitati
Data Entry: Accurately inputting information into the system according to established guidelines and standards.
Address and Contact Updates: Handling updates to customer or vendor addresses, contact details, and related information.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring data integrity and consistency by conducting regular checks and validations.
Record Maintenance: Managing records within the master data system, including archiving outdated information and updating records as needed.
Communication: Collaborating with team members or stakeholders to gather or clarify information related to data entry and updates.
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
Compliance: Adhering to data privacy regulations and company policies regarding data management and security.
These activities will help ensure accurate and up-to-date master data, which is crucial for effective decision-making and operations within an organization.
