System Support Engineer with German- Remote

• Bachelor’s Degree (Electronics, Mechanical, Computers or Biomedical Engineering is nice to have).
• Relevant experience in servicing and troubleshooting medical devices, electronic, and electro-mechanical devices.
• Knowledge of basic security concepts and best practices.
• Recent service experience in the troubleshooting and repair of IT and complex electronic systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceMax, PC/software, LIS, networking, and database management is highly desired.
• Effective communication and customer service skills, including technical writing and the ability to manage complex technical conversations via telephone.
• English & German language proficiency is required.

• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of the company's systems.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing system-related queries and issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Configure and optimize system settings to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement system upgrades and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect systems and data.
• Ensure systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
