About You:

- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably on a similar role.
- Bachelor level in Finance/ Economics is mandatory.
- Fluency in English language. Good knowledge of German language.
- SAP knowledge.
- Analytical, high focus on details.

This position will be based in our Shared Service Center in Bucharest/Ploiesti, Romania.

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team. You will be responsible for registration and control of financial transactions within the financial accounting system, analyze financial information and prepare financial and management reports by compiling information and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and manage financial data, in line with AO/IC, IFRS, accounting manual, ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely reporting.
- Administration of Fixed Asset Accounting.
- Administration of Accounts Receivable.
- Preparing of the data and assistance with statistics and reports.
- Check invoices (in line with AO/IC). Analyze periodically the GL accounts, Open-Item-Management.
- Register financial transactions, in line with the accounting manual, to ensure a reliable source for information, compiling and reporting.
- General ledger registration and maintenance.
- Provide for committed costs and risks.
- Financial adjustments.
- Prepare and execute management reports in line with company and regulatory standards ensuring timely and correct reports enabling management to make correct and timely decisions.
- Monthly Financial report.
- Data preparation for reporting on variance/ SG&A.
- Take care of tax declarations in line with governmental tax regulations ensuring timely and correct tax filings.
- Data preparation for Value Added Tax (VAT).
