IT Engineer for Continental Cooperation Platform - TM

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. As an IT Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and continuity of the Continental Cooperation Portal. The Continental Cooperation Portal is a platform used for multi-party software development and Integration.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Service Management processes and experience in a support role. Additionally, basic programming knowledge will be essential to support tool customization and automation efforts.

Key responsibilities:

• Resolve incidents according to defined service KPIs;
• Escalate unresolved issues to the development team for further investigation;
• Develop comprehensive user documentation, knowledge base articles, and instructional guides;
• Conduct system performance monitoring and provide feedback on user experience;
• Participate in regular feedback meetings with the development team to identify recurring issues and areas for improvement.

Skills required:

• Understanding and experience of ITIL processes and tools;
• Experience in a support role;
• Generic user management and role concepts;
• Software development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Artifactory, Jenkins, Github, Grafana;
• MS - Windows, Linux, Microsoft office;
• Excellent English written and spoken;
• Good communication skills.
