    Qualifications

    • University degree - Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Economics, Audit or Tax;
    • 2 to 5 or more years experience requested in controlling, purchasing or finance area;
    • Advanced computer skills - MS Office, especially Excel and good understanding of SAP various modules; Any other basic knowledge of Macros, Power BI would be a plus;
    • Advanced English skills (spoken and written), any other language would be an advantage;
    • Willingness for travelling to Germany (between at least 1-3 times/year);
    • Self-confident;
    • Very good communication and presentation skills;
    • Structured, careful and analytical way of working;

    Job Description

    • Being responsible for the software license controlling position in XC (Cross Domain Computing Solution), business division Compute Performance. The group combines the know-how for product costing in Compute Performance worldwide and the External License Controlling tasks for XC;
    • Having general responsibilities for: performing accruals and provisions, taking care of the XC license cost centers and the license accrual process, allocating licenses costs to other GBs and managing all the external audits related to 3rd party licenses, being the contact person for licensors and auditors;
    • License Controlling is also actively involved in projects in regards to the definition of new business models where licenses are included (ex: pay per activation business).
    • Software controlling activities:
      • Monthly, quarterly, half year and yearly licenses and patent reporting for license suppliers;
      • Year end checking of the reporting;
      • Updating Accounts Payable Monitoring template;
      • Current Forecast license reporting;
      • Accruals and provision preparation;
      • Ad hoc support requests from Business Unit controlling or license purchasing department;
    • Software external Audit activities:
      • Active contact with the external auditors;
      • Data preparation and reconciliation based on our reported data (licensable sales, where used files);
      • Internal meetings with departments involved in the Software Audit process;
      • Follow up on audit open points related to Software reporting;
