Summary
We're looking for a Business Analyst to join highly collaborative, multi-functional, agile product development team responsible for building the best-of-class, intuitive web applications focusing on customer experience, engineering excellence and time-to-market.
We're on a mission to provide financial professionals with an intuitive onboarding, learning and training experience with top class support capabilities. Helping while never getting in the way.
You'll be joining Help & Engage team in the Customer Experience area delivering a clear, personalised, and contextual experiences within LSEG Workspace - LSEG's flagship SaaS financial platform - enabling our customers to discover new features in a vast universe of applications and market data.
Technical Skills and Experience
5+ years of proven track record in business analysis
Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum)
Proven understanding of SDLC
Project management tools ( Jira, Azure DevOps)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Data analysis and modelling tools (Excel, SQL, etc.)
Personal Skills and Values
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Flexibility and adaptability
Proven attention to detail
Positive demeanour and good work ethic
Strong ability to understand customer needs
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Work closely with the development team to understand and detail business requirements
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Build and maintain project documentation, including requirements and user-stories
Facilitate partnership between multi-functional teams
Identify and communicate potential risks and issues to the project team
Ensure customer needs are being met and work to continuously improve the product
Desired Skills
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Experience with user research and user testing
Knowledge of software development standard processes and design patterns
Experience with enterprise software and/or SaaS products
Understanding of agile product management methodologies
Experience with financial modelling and analysis
