    ROLE PROFILE:

    This senior associate role sits an expert IC squad focused on inspiring and motivating people around the business goals of our growing LSEG Markets, FTSE Russell and LSEG Risk Intelligence divisions. This individual will work across all areas of the divisions, working with the head of this team to prioritise activities that will make the biggest performance difference to the company. They will be highly collaborative, modern, dynamic and omnichannel in approach, will have a deep understanding of what drives people performance and will always be data-driven and audience-centric.

    ROLE SUMMARY:

    - This role will report into a Director, IC, and be part of a squad responsible for developing and delivering a programme of effective and inclusive internal communications (IC) to inspire and motivate a global network of employees and contractors in our purpose strategy and culture. This audience works in and supports LSEG Markets, FTSE Russell and LSEG Risk Intelligence.
    - Flexing where necessary across the three divisions, and sometimes working in small groups, this will suit passionate and agile IC professional who is outcome-focused and fresh in thinking.
    - This individual will work effectively with others, adapting ways of working to achieve a common goal, engaging in discussion to reach alignment for activities and communications that will drive engagement and change, and come up with new ideas and novel approaches to problems
    - They'll be able to work at pace as part of a team, prioritising where needed and being a contributor in a broader global IC network

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    - Working as part of a small squad of IC professionals, building and delivering critical communications to support better business outcomes for LSEG Markets, FTSE Russell and LSEG Risk Intelligence
    - Delivering activity aligned with our global internal communications strategy, objectives and embedding our one-company story
    - Support the director and senior managers of the team to build a streamlined annual IC approach and supporting activities for each area
    - Using our core IC planning tools to help manage overall air traffic control
    - Using available tools and technologies to make sure communications are audience-focused, well-planned, data-driven, omnichannel and effective
    - Identifying and sharing ideas where we can do things better
    - Interpreting the impact and success of all IC activities and feeding these insights into future work
    - Actively own your own development, prioritising everyday learning as part of the way you work
    - Living and role modelling LSEG values of integrity, partnership, excellence and change every day, both in the way we work with each other and through the communications materials we create. This includes being aligned with our tone of voice and global IC principles (including always creating inclusive accessible communications)
    - Knowing, managing and flagging any risks associated with your work
