LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is more than a diversified global financial markets infrastructure and data business. We are dedicated, open-access partners with a dedication to excellence in delivering the services our customers expect from us. With extensive experience, deep knowledge and worldwide presence across financial markets, we enable businesses and economies around the world to fund innovation, manage risk and create jobs. Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Strategist. LSEG is a large, sometimes complex business, but our goal within the wider LSEG Marketing Team is simple: to delight our customers and support business priorities.
The Digital Strategy & Enablement Team is global and partners with colleagues across the business to define and enable digital experiences that engage and inform our customers.

    Main Responsibilities:

o You'll be able to run multiple projects simultaneously in a highly matrixed organisation. You'll have skill, attention to detail, tenacity, and a focus on results, working with cross-organisational teams.
o You'll partner with global colleagues to advise on and shape digital strategies for lseg.com and londonstockexchange.com. The broad range of focus areas may include LSEG's suite of solutions (including products, services and data), its expert insights, Careers and Sustainability content, helping to drive quality B2B leads and improve the online experience for all new and existing customers
o Working on developing "always-on" digital activity - as well as delivering specific shorter-term campaigns - you'll ensure the optimal mix of digital channels is aligned with any other marketing activity and continually optimized, and thereby help deliver trackable sales leads that win market share in the world of Data and Analytics, Risk Intelligence, FX, FTSE Russell, Capital Markets, and Post Trade.
o Working closely with other team members, your focus will be to define and support the development of the overall site experience, balancing a fresh merchandising approach with development priorities.
o You'll support and develop LSEG's current content strategy, governance and implementation, helping to integrate a culture of testing and data-driven decision making across the entire digital landscape.

    Required Skills:

o Experience as a digital marketing strategist or digital marketing manager
o A passion for delivering digital experiences that excite and assure, and reporting performance against business metrics
o Expertise in defining and enabling clear customer journeys, with a passion for optimising those journeys based on data insight - a successful background in SEO is key
o Knowledge of web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
o Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices - such as workflows, wireframes and publishing processes
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
o Strong analytical, prioritisation and project management skills
o Know-how of the Adobe suite (particularly Adobe Experience Manager) and/or Workfront would be an advantage but is not essential - full training will be provided.
o Experience of large-scale migration projects would also be an advantage for this role.
