    Join the OPTIMA Shopping Operations team and be a driving force behind Amazon's world-class shopping experience. As a Data Associate, you'll play a critical role in elevating AI capabilities through rigorous data processing and analysis.

    This is an office-based role in our Bucharest, Romania office, working Monday to Friday. Our roles requires employees to work from the office 5 days a week.

    Key job responsibilities
    o Process a variety of annotation and data analysis tasks, with exceptional efficiency and quality
    o Meet or exceed key performance metrics like productivity, turnaround time, and data accuracy
    o Apply your judgment to make informed decisions within established guidelines and procedures
    o Contribute ideas to continually improve overall process efficiency and quality

    Basic qualifications

    - Upper Intermediate written and oral communication in English and an Advanced level for French
    - High school diploma or equivalent
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Preferred qualifications

    - A Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
    - Strong problem-solving skills
    - Able to work in a diverse team
