    The Compliance Operations team is the beating heart of our customer safety practices. As a Senior Compliance Associate, you'll set our product compliance standards high and ensure we're always meeting them, never settling for substandard. You'll work closely with a wide variety of Amazon colleagues and external vendors. In this role, every day is an opportunity to learn more about the complexities of compliance and develop into a subject-matter expert.

    Key job responsibilities
    Review and classify products on their hazardous risk
    Uphold the highest customer experience standards by identifying and removing products that are not in line with Amazon's policies
    Collaborate with various teams and vendors to foster a culture of safety in your area of the business
    Consistently analyse safety performance and use findings to recommend improvements

    A day in the life
    In your role as a Senior Compliance Associate, you will ensure that safety remains a priority for colleagues, vendors, and customers. Our Senior Compliance Associates are spread across the globe, from Krakow to Costa Rica. You'll have flexible hours in a hybrid role, allowing you to balance your time between the office and home.

    You'll be a crucial point of reference across product compliance. From day one, you'll be using your analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and address day-to-day risks, ensuring nothing is overlooked. You'll always have safety on your mind, while building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and colleagues. This role will see you facilitate effective communication, with everyone from leaders to new employees, so everyone understands their role in keeping operations running smoothly.

    Basic qualifications

    - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
    - Speak, write, and read fluently in English
    - Proficiency in Spanish (B2+)

    Preferred qualifications

    - Experience in client services, including developing client relationships
    - Experience in data-driven business operations processes
