Requirements

Reporting to the Group Manufacturing Excellence Director, you will study, manage and participate in the implementation of manufacturing processes, as ️️︅︀︍︌︍︃​︂︆︄︅​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎well as the deployment of Continuous Improvement standards and tools within Ploiești site.
The project has a duration of 6 months.

You have a bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering field
You have been involved in various voluntary projects, extracurricular activities, student associations or personal development projects You are proficient in using MS Office and have good English writing and speaking skills
You have a technical and analytical mind
You are organized, autonomous and like innovations
You have good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities:

• Assist in project-related activities (data gathering, project monitoring, report preparation)
• Support the implementation of ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︁​︆︄Manufacturing execution system and the associated operational management process
• Support the implementation of Continuous Improvement tools and standards within the production department (5S, internal flow management, line balancing)
• Assist the improvement of operational metrics
• Creation and implementation of Lean Manufacturing standards
• Sharing Best Practices with other Group sites
