What you will bring to us:

- 2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably on a similar role.
- Bachelor level in Finance/ Economics is mandatory.
- Fluency in English.
- SAP knowledge is nice to have
- High level of autonomy.
- Analytical, high focus on details.
- Motivated and flexible person who is willing to work in an international oriented company.
- Respect, collaboration, and integrity are important values to you.
- Open minded, adaptable, with a positive attitude and eager to learn and develop.

Responsabilitati

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Processing and reconciling customer invoices, customer payments and bank statements.
- Daily reconciliation of all bank statements and monitoring unallocated payments.
- Daily reconciliation of dedicated GL cash-in accounts.
- Verifies customer accounts by reconciling bank statements and related transactions.
- Performs dunning and collection procedures.
- Generate and distribute accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure all invoices comply with company policies and contract terms.
- Monitor credit limits, release invoices and blocked sales orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payment and account status.
- Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging summaries.
