Blue Portfolio PMO Specialist

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Blue Portfolio PMO specialist, you will support different internal implementation, development, market introduction and improvement projects.

In this role, you will be supporting the development and market introduction of our ???Blue??� portfolio, you are helping the overall implementation and optimization of a complex and strategic program that strives to create a sustainable and innovative solution for the energy transition. You will support leading and aligning global and cross-functional project teams which cover all aspects of the product lifecycle, from design and engineering to manufacturing and marketing. You will also communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders as well as external and internal partners. You will apply your excellent communication and communication skills to support the successful delivery of the program within the defined scope, time, quality, and budget.

As an experienced PMO, you have a deep understanding of handling complex projects.

• You will be supporting implementation, development, and improvement of the project/sub-projects.
• You will also follow-up on deliverables, drive the implementation schedules and advise and bring up the risks.
• Research of relevant data including identifying right sources of information.
• Analyzing data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
• Providing status reports, presentations including content development and time scheduling including ad-hoc requests.
• Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
• Accurately documenting the project's definition and scope, development, and execution as well as budget, and target adherence.
• Prepare and moderate meetings and workshops, ensuring clear communication of status, risks and issues, and support decision making.
• Supports development and execution change management processes.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a related support function, such as but not limited to: consulting, audit, program management, project management or others;
• Capable to support Change Management projects and programs independently.
• Ability to empower and drive team members and other parties to meet deadlines.
• Cultural awareness and know-how to navigate and steer in diverse environments/countries to achieve project delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. (.ppt, .xls, .doc)
• You have a degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, engineering, science, etc.
• You are fluent in English.
