Requirements
-Great English Skills.
-Available to work afternoon and night shift.
-Medium tech skills.
Responsibilities
-Agents receive calls from stores and onsite technicians, log and work on electronic incidents, on several platforms, including Service Now, Oracle, doing troubleshooting, ordering parts and dispatching incidents for techs to attend on site.
-Agents will also perform various checks and try to resolve issues remotely.
-Agents need to keep all incidents updated in a timely manner, inform customers of their status when needed via email or phone, escalate issues as need might be.
