How do you know you are the right fit
Education/ Training: University degree in IT or Finance/ Accounting
Professional experience:
Minimum 5 years of work experience, and preferably at least 2 years in a management/ coordination role
Solid accounting and technical knowledge (relevant RPA technologies), proven experience in working with accounting process improvements and standardization
Solid IT skills
Languages:
Very good command of English (business fluent)
German is an important advantage
Responsabilitati
What will you do
Manage RPA CoE team (recruiting, resource planning, training etc.); coach and develop effective, high performing RPA team; ensure alignment with Operational Excellence & Business Support/ Globe, IT as well as Line Managers and allocate RPA implementation capacities accordingly
Organize regular process assessments and ensure standardized templates usage throughout the organization, organize and facilitate gap analysis and prerequisites required for RPA implementation
Collect, interpret, analyse and asses best practices within EBS Cluj processes, propose setup of sustainable efficiency improvement plans through RPA; prepare cost/ benefit analysis in order to prioritize processes for development in RPA, in alignment with FS strategy and Line Managers
Provide status and adheres to RPA Sounding Board decisions; ensure proper communication and set up of ICS in alignment with RPA solutions and also communication to external audit
Closely cooperate with CoE Leader/ RPA Owner to monitor the budget for automation implementation and ongoing operational cost
Build and maintain a network of stakeholders and partners within the E.ON Group, represent the organization in the RPA communications
