Cerinte
Studii medii finalizate cu diploma de Bacalaureat;
Experienta de minimum 6-12 luni in telesales, de preferat in domeniul bancar;
Cunostinte medii in utilizarea pachetului MS Office;
Limba engleza nivel mediu;
Bune abilitati de organizare, comunicare si persuasiune.
Responsabilitati
Efectuarea apelurilor catre clientii companiei pentru vanzarea produselor bancare;
Identificarea si retinerea potentialilor clienti care aplica pe site-ul companiei pentru diverse produse;
Acordarea de asistenta clientilor interesati de produsele companiei;
Monitorizarea si eficientizarea procesului de implementare a serviciilor si produselor companiei;
Asigurarea suportului clientilor conform procedurilor de lucru in vigoare.
