    Vitesco Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager HR Systems to spearhead the expansion of our global HR solutions, with a dedicated focus on the SAP SuccessFactors Suite. Your contributions and ideas will significantly shape Vitesco Technologies' strategy towards an integrated global HR platform.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Leadership & Consultation:
      • Lead and manage the implementation of new SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring high quality and professionalism.
      • Oversee project team members, including external consultants, across multiple countries and cultures, both on-site and remotely, in close alignment with IT counterparts.
    • Support & Documentation:
      • Assist internal business partners in developing and documenting business requirements (e.g., functional specifications, business blueprints, statements of work).
      • Provide HR expertise, guidance, and support for HR functional requirements.
    • Analysis & Planning:
      • Conduct due diligence and fit-gap analysis before project initiation.
      • Lead impact and risk analysis for Change Requests and new solutions on the SAP SF platform.
    • Documentation & Standards:
      • Ensure comprehensive project documentation, define standards, and drive decision-making processes with all stakeholders.
    • External Partnership Management:
      • Manage external implementation partners to ensure milestone achievement.
      • Monitor progress, manage risks/issues proactively, and provide timely reports.
    • Strategic Development:
      • Participate in the strategic development of Vitesco's HR Cloud, including interdependencies with other SuccessFactors modules.
      • Ensure initial configurations meet future holistic data model requirements for HR.
    • Authorization & Compliance:
      • Develop and manage a holistic authorization concept in collaboration with stakeholders, considering GDPR aspects.
      • Create and implement communication and training concepts to ensure user adoption and compliance with company policies.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience:
      • Proven experience in successfully managing and leading international project teams in medium to large scale projects.
      • Experience working with virtual teams on a global basis.
    • Education:
      • Academic degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
    • Skills & Knowledge:
      • Notable experience in project or program management and project management methodologies.
      • Profound knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite and/or SAP HCM.
      • Ability to work across different time zones as required to expedite projects.
      • Strong ability to synthesize and present information to involved teams.
      • Proactive, positive, and energetic attitude, even when facing challenges.
    • Language & Communication:
      • Fluent in written and spoken English.
      • Confident communicator and impactful presenter, able to maintain audience focus.

      • Structured, analytical, strategic, and self-driven approach to work.
