Configuration Engineer/System Administrator

Your tasks will include: 

• Support and maintenance of infrastructure (VMware; Hyper-V, Data Storage Systems, AD, LAN) 
• Troubleshooting of both hardware and software problems 
• Communicating with other participants of the product development and testing process regarding technical issues 
• Tasks and procedures optimization and automation 
• Proactive research of new approaches and solutions 
• Writing and keeping up to date internal KB articles 
• Monitoring services management and maintenance (Zabbix, VMware Aria for logs) 
• Backup solution management and keeping up to date (VBR) 
• Keeping up to date HW inventory DB 

What we expect from you: 

• Technical education or passion for technology 
• 2 plus years on similar position 
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft software stack and key technologies (Windows Server, Hyper-V, AD, DNS, DHCP) 
• Linux administrating experience (or advanced knowledge of Linux OS) 
• Administration experience of VMware vSphere products  
• Professional knowledge of VMware vSphere product line (ESXi, vCenter)
• Experience in implementing new services/software solutions
• Scripting experience (PowerShell/Python)
• Monitoring systems setup and maintenance (Zabbix/Prometheus)
• Experience in implementing new services/software solutions
• Knowledge of English, sufficient to communicate fluently on professional topics 

Will be an advantage: 

• Experience with Ansible as Configuration management tool
