    Requirements

    - Advanced level of French (written and spoken);
    - Familiarity with the use of IT tools;
    - One year's experience in human resources (personnel administration, payroll);
    - Attention to detail, thoroughness;
    - Good communication skills;
    - Respect for standards and procedures;
    - accustomed to working with qualitative and quantitative objectives
    - Autonomous, reactive and proactive;
    - Customer-oriented and service-minded;
    - Punctuality and respect for deadlines;

    Responsibilities

    Mission is to handle all HR operations in France for around 50,000 employees: payroll, administrative management, management of impatriate and expatriate employees; the CSP also manages HR regulatory projects in France, ensures the evolution of related systems and processes, and pilots the evolution of the HRIS in France.

    The FIL RH (HR Generalists) assists and advises employees and HR players on all HR rules and procedures (collective and individual management) and on the use of IT tools, and can refer to experts if necessary.

    As an advisor and omnichannel first point of contact (Mail, telephone reception, kiosk), you will assist and advise employees and HR players on HR rules and procedures and the use of various HR tools.

    Specifically, you will be required to:

    - Analyze requests for information from employees and HR players
    - Provide answers to issues raised in compliance with HR rules and procedures
    - Play a coordinating role from time to time, directing requests that do not fall within the scope of the FIL RH to the appropriate HR players and experts.
    - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department's operations by helping to identify any malfunctions or incidents and proposing corrective action.
