    Focusing on candidates and well-defined processes is key to our success in our day-to-day activities, we are looking for a new colleague, in an Assistant - Recruitment & Business Management role who will be our Law & Order Officer, focused on making sure that our data is accurate and well organized, our candidates have the best recruitment experience and our team is the most efficient on the market.



    Who is our preferred candidate/Skills we are looking for:

    You have an active interest in HR, with a focus on recruitment;
    You have previously been part of an HR department, preferably in the recruitment team, during an internship or similar experience;
    Experience in using an ATS would be highly appreciated;
    Good communication skills and active listening; open to receive and offer feedback;
    You have a focus on organizing your activities based on priorities and constantly improving your way of working;
    Project management skills: a general orientation towards processes, flow, self and team discipline;
    You are objectives-oriented and you work better when you focus on results;
    Proactivity and a focus on doing things right; determination to influence/drive the team towards the same way of working;
    Creativity and constant curiosity for new things; we will make sure that you have the right context to focus on learning and sharing with the team;
    A high level of attention to detail but keeping in mind the objectives of your activities;
    Persistence in keeping the processes well organized;
    Bachelor’s Degree;
    Advanced level of English – written and spoken.

    Responsibilities

    Business support

    Conduct research activities related to potential clients;
    Manage the offer requests from potential clients;
    Organize and maintain confidential information, files, and records systematically and securely, ensuring easy accessibility when required.
    Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as the executives require, including data gathering, analysis, and ensuring accuracy.

    Candidates’ management in our ATS

    When registering in the ATS, make sure that the candidates’ profiles are correct and complete – for applicants and profiles synced;
    Register new candidates from different sources in the ATS;
    Constantly check GDPR compliance for the candidates registered in the ATS (check status daily and send notifications when the GDPR approval is missing);
    Monitor candidates’ status in ATS according to the recruitment stage they are involved in for the candidates active in different recruitment projects;
    Reorganize the structure of the departments in the ATS, according to constant updates from our recruitment processes to reach a good coverage in terms of industries and roles;

    Job promotion and advertising

    Post and update jobs on different recruitment channels and identify new ones;
    Constantly check applicants on different platforms/channels and distribute information to the Recruiter who manages the role;
    Active involvement in special promotion campaigns that will be put in place in the organization;
    Be involved in emailing campaigns using our ATS;

    Offer support in the recruitment process flow

    Prepare CVs for validated and recommended candidates and register them in the ATS;
    Offer assistance to the team regarding client interview agenda and not limited to this;
    Conduct constant market research and share results (related to trends, news, competition, and their way of promoting their open positions, etc.).
