Education / Training:

University degree/ BSc preferably in Economics/ Accounting or equivalent

Professional Experience:

Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience & exposure to leadership / coordination tasks (preferably in a SSC environment)

Proven knowledge of finance and accounting processes and process improvements

Former exposure to transitions is a plus, Proven people management and problem solving skills

Languages:

English & German language skills (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities

What will you do



Coordinate Invoice Processing and Inquiries Team for German market

Support team members to achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements

Understand service level agreements and key performance indicators for Accounts Payable related business processes. Report up to the AP Manager performance against SLAs and KPIs

Contribute to the maintenance and updating of Accounts Payable processes and procedures

Take care of quality controls and checks

Resolve customer queries and complaints related to Accounts Payable processes as specified by relevant service level agreements and escalating queries and complaints (1st level of escalation)

Role model for service orientation and compliance culture
