Eligibility to apply: This position is open to individuals or legal entities founded in Romania (PFA, II, IF, SA, SRL) with currently open statuses, in the process of opening, or willing to open it to start the activity.

What We Look For:
√Experience in recruitment (Blue, White, and/or IT segments) OR a background in marketing and a willingness to learn the recruitment process.
√Desire to be or already are a freelancer.
√Sufficient time to dedicate to recruitment activities.
√Proficiency with digital tools and social media networks.
√Romanian - Native or bilingual proficiency

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
√Define and autonomously implement effective marketing and promotion strategies.
√Identify, pre-select, and present candidates from various industries to clients.
√Maintain relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Key Competencies:
A sense of responsibility, strong interpersonal skills, continuous learning ability, curiosity, autonomy, flexibility, and availability will be essential tools for your success.
