    Role profile:

    We're looking for an experienced Display Media Manager. LSEG is a large, sometimes complex business, but our goal within the wider LSEG Marketing Team is simple: to delight our customers and support business priorities.

    The Digital Platforms & Channels Team is global and partners with colleagues across the business to define and enable digital and integrated marketing campaigns and activities that engage and inform our customers. The Display Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing display advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive conversions. This role demands a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, and display ad networks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful display ad campaigns, a keen analytical mindset, and strong creative acumen.



    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    • You'll be responsible for leading the display media channel, utilising the appropriate internal and agency resources and tools to ensure delivery against objectives.
    • You'll directly manage the day-to-day and long-term relationship of a specifical digital marketing agency who will serve as our display media execution and delivery arm.
    • You'll maintain a level of expertise and have significant hands-on experience in managing display media activity and one or more related digital marketing channels.
    • Analyse campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
    • You'll partner with colleagues on projects to maximise the use of technology and drive marketing effectiveness.
    • You'll bring a deep knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies and identify opportunities for new tools and use cases to expand our current display media capabilities.
    • Maintain proficiency with key display advertising tools and platforms, including demand-side platforms (DSPs) and ad servers.
    • You'll maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest display media and broader digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for display media-related matters across the organization. Prepare and present detailed reports and PowerPoint presentations on campaign performance, strategies, and insights to business stakeholders, including senior leadership.




    WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

    • Proven experience as a display media manager or in a similar digital advertising role
    • A passion for creating impactful display advertising campaigns that drive engagement and conversions, and an ability to report performance against key business metrics
    • Expertise in planning, executing, and optimising display media campaigns, including programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies
    • In-depth knowledge of display advertising platforms and tools such as Google Display Network, DV360, Adobe Ad Cloud, and similar
    • Strong understanding of web analytics tools, particularly Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, to measure and improve campaign performance
    • Hands-on experience with display ad creation tools and practices, including A/B testing, ad trafficking, and audience targeting
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
    • Proficiency using Excel as well as putting together presentations in PowerPoint.
    • Strong analytical, prioritization, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
    • Familiarity with DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) and other programmatic advertising technologies
    • Experience in large-scale digital marketing projects or campaigns, including cross-functional collaboration with creative and technical teams
