    • In tandem with the DevOps team define and drive a metrics based approach to work prioritization. We believe investment into our release process should be a data driven decision which you will be accountable for.

    • Simplification of existing processes whilst ensuring reliability and security are integral to the work you deliver so that releases can continue and not be impacted as you introduce improvements.

    • As changes are introduced you have duty of care to ensure the right level of documentation is provided and broadcast to the engineering and support teams so that they are cognisant of the improvements.

    • Understand our tools and processes so that you can contribute to their improvement and maturity.

    • Work with our release manager who will be the product owner of the backlog to deliver improvements.

    • Collaborate closely with DevOps team to ensure changes are implemented that align across the team and wider technology.

    • Review the metrics we currently have and communicate if you think there are gaps or priorities that we should be considering.

    • Experience with public cloud (preferably AWS) and transferrable skills to help us with building the right tools and processes we need to succeed in our cloud migration.
