We are hiring a Marketing & Communications Intern to join our team in Cluj on a 12-month contract. As a member of our team, you will support a variety of key initiatives that will contribute to our projects' success. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing, communications and program management, within a dynamic and innovative environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

As an intern in our team, you will play a crucial role in executing market activation strategies. While leveraging and growing your skills, you will be supporting market sampling activities for new products, revamping documents/brochures and updating assets on our platforms. You will also gain hands-on experience of gathering feedback and analyzing data to support informed decision-making that will drive the team's success. Working with us will provide an exciting opportunity to gain diverse, real-world experience, develop new skills and expand your professional network.

Your Future Team:

We play a central role within the Marketing Launch + Communications Ecosystem. We engage in cross-functional collaboration to boost our partners’ ability to successfully use our product portfolio and positively impact sales opportunities. As a Marketing & Communications Intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of practical and inspiring activities while contributing to significant projects.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for learning and growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Who You Are:

Required Skills and Competencies



Organizational skills: be organized and able to keep track of multiple projects and deadlines and ensure completion on time.
Attention to detail: have a keen eye for detail and be able to spot errors or inconsistencies in visual materials, written content, and data.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, be skilled in using PowerPoint as an editing tool to create engaging and informative visual materials.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional proficiency in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills and Competencies



Educational background in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or a related field.
Adaptability: be adaptable and open to change as priorities and projects may shift over time.
Passion for visual/graphic design: you have an interest in visual design, typography, color theory, and other design elements that contribute to creating an aesthetically pleasing and effective asset.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
