High school diploma or college degree;
Conversational proficiency in English;
Punctual and well-organized;
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook;
Excellent multitasking abilities and a team player;
Strong analytical and numerical skills;
Knowledge of the transport sector is a plus;
Strong organizational skills;
Familiarity with NCTS and PLDA is an advantage.
Overseeing the management of incoming and outgoing emails;
Verifying and reformatting pre-invoicing data (packaging, weight, quantities) in the company’s software;
Processing and analyzing data using Excel;
Ensuring accuracy of data and preparing customs documentation;
Archiving and maintaining organized records;
Updating and maintaining summary files;
Facilitating written communication via email with clients and the Belgian office for feedback and coordination.
