    ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

    What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?

    We're seeking an experienced Global Employee Insights Manager to analyse both qualitative and quantitative data from employee feedback sources, develop user-friendly reporting mechanisms, and conduct in-depth research to uncover patterns and causation for strategic priorities.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

    • Analysing and synthesizing data collected from employee listening initiatives to generate actionable insights and recommendations for the group.
    • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting mechanisms to effectively communicate key findings and trends to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
    • Identifying patterns, themes, and areas of opportunity within employee feedback data, leveraging advanced analytics and statistical techniques where applicable.
    • Leading the integration of employee feedback data with other key business metrics to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of organizational effectiveness and employee sentiment.
    • Serving as a subject matter expert on employee sentiment and engagement metrics, providing guidance to internal stakeholders on interpreting and leveraging data for decision-making.

    CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

    • Do you have recent experience in analysing employee feedback data to generate actionable insights and recommendations?
    • Are you familiar with developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting mechanisms to communicate key findings and trends in employee sentiment to senior leadership and stakeholders?
    • Have you used advanced analytics or statistical techniques to identify patterns and themes within employee feedback data?

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

    • University Degree
    • Previous experience in a similar role with demonstrated track record of effectively analysing behavioural patterns, employee feedback, and people KPIs
    • A good understanding of diverse employee feedback collection methodologies and their practical implementation.
    • Proficient in utilizing analytics platforms for correlation and regression analyses, driving actionable insights.
    • Experience in collaborating with leadership teams to formulate and test hypotheses, fostering data-driven decision-making processes.
    • Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficient in leading multiple project assignments simultaneously.
    • Collaborative communication style and cross-functional coordination capability.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from employee feedback data.
    • Cultural sensitivity and experience working in diverse global environments.
    • Adaptability and flexibility in approach, with a willingness to learn new technologies, tools and methodologies.
    • Advanced English language skills
