Project Assistant - part-time schedule

• Preferably experience in PMO administrative assistance or any comparable assistant jobs.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Knowledge in MS Outlook, MS Office (Excel, Word) and Teams, Sharepoint.
• Ability to work in international team environment.
• Flexibility with working time allocation. (As high dependence on global project team progress.)

• Prepare HOPES trainer training session schedule based on input provided by global project training taskforce.
• Monitor self-study progress during trainer trainings and report on completion to HOPES Project Management.
• Create Outlook sessions based on Key User training schedule with all participants. (16 Operating Companies)
• Monitor the attendance and report on progress of trainings regularly to HOPES Project Management.
• Maintain the list of participants and coordinate changes with other Operating Companies.
• Maintain HOPES training documentation.
• Support in Q&A registration and expediting to global work groups.
• Support on coordination of Process Confirmation Tests and Migration related tasks.
• Monitor the Process Confirmation Test results and maintain the documentation.
