Process Quality Engineer

Requirements

Technical Bachelor degree (preferably Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering);
Previous process quality experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment;
English language – advanced level;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong knowledge in quality control techniques and specific tools ((FMEA, PDCA-FTA ,8D, MSA, ANPQP);
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing internal quality incidents;
Organizes, plans and manages quality inspection;
Coordinates internal 8D analysis for non-conforming products;
Blocks non-conforming batches following quality alerts;
Improves control plans by increasing the frequency of quality inspection in case of nonconformities;
Ensures that the personnel in the production area is informed regarding the quality incidents;
Ensures that quality measures and basic quality rules are respected;
Ensures that actions are implemented and that 8D actions are effective;
Signs internal and external quality waivers;
Conducts quarterly reviews of internal and external quality incidents;
Monitors customer response rate indicator within established timeframes;
Updates product nonconformity database.
