    How you will contribute

    • Be part of Real Estate Management Division(REMD);
    • REMD is responsible for acquisitions of goods & services required for maintenance and refurbishment of buildings where BCR operates (mainly branches);
    • Manage each acquisition project from REMD perspective including management of stakeholders from REMD and from other BCR entities;
    • Management of the contract drafting if the acquisition requires a new contract;
    • Use dedicated IT applications(SAP) to record and monitor acquisitions /projects;
    • Run reports in SAP required for management and operational decisions;
    • Design and deliver ad hoc/regular reports using MS Excel;
    • Support operational staff with accounting/procurement know-how.
    What will help you be successful
    • Bachelor Degree – ideally financial domain;
    • MS Excel – intermediate level as a minimum;
    • Ability to communicate in English (read: advanced; write: medium);
    • Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and principles;
    • Minimum one year of relevant work experience or similar experience;
    • Procurement or similar experience, ideally at least 3 years;
    • Experience in working with SAP or other ERP;
    • Experience in refurbishment projects/real estate projects.
