    Requirements

    For our partner, one of the most progressive companies in the global gaming industry, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant with strong knowledge of Excel.

    The successful candidate will be crucial in supporting the Key Accounts Managers to enhance productivity and ensure timely delivery of daily tasks.



    Requirements:
    At least 1+ year of experience in a sales assistant role or similar.
    Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
    Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
    Very good knowledge of the English language;
    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct research and gather relevant information about clients, market trends, and industry insights;
    Compile data from various sources ︁︀︂︃︃︇︂︁︃︁to provide comprehensive reports and analysis for Key Accounts Managers;
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers, including client databases, sales pipelines, and project progress reports;
    Regularly update internal systems with the latest information to ensure transparency and efficiency;
    Assist in the preparation of detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for client meetings and internal reviews;
    Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data presented in reports to facilitate informed decision-making processes;
    Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and handling requests promptly and professionally;
    Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation, feedback, and approvals as required;
    Work closely with cross-functional teams such as production, finance, logistics, legal, and operations to gather insights and provide clear information on specific cases or projects;
    Facilitate team communication and collaboration to streamline processes and resolve issues efficiently.
