    Requirements

    We are looking for a student / graduate who fits the following:
    - Strong interest in building a career in recruitment
    - Good communication skills and patience in handling repetitive tasks
    - Good online searching skills
    - Fluency in English
    - MS Excel skills
    - Attention to details and great capacity to organize information

    Responsibilities

    You will be in charge with entry level tasks within complex and innovative recruitment projects and will work under the guidance of our senior consultants.

    The tasks will involve: research, candidate search, CV screening, posting recruitment adds on various channels, testing, logistics for candidates, phone screening, phone interviews, participation to interviews with senior consultants

    This is an unpaid internship, with a duration of 2 months and a flexible schedule, so it allows you to attend your college / master courses. Depending on your performance and the actual business demands, the collaboration can be extended.
